What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. NOXV uses cookies only for admin dashboard authentication. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

Cookies We Use

NOXV uses session cookies exclusively for admin dashboard authentication. These cookies maintain your login state and are deleted when you close your browser or your session expires. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Patient communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Voice) do not use cookies at all.

Third-Party Services

NOXV does not use any third-party tracking or advertising cookies. The admin dashboard does not embed third-party trackers. All data processing by third-party services used by the platform (such as OpenAI, Google Calendar, Telegram, Twilio, and ElevenLabs) is handled server-side and does not involve cookies on your device.

Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies in their privacy or security settings. Please note that disabling session cookies may affect your ability to log in to the NOXV admin dashboard, as session cookies are required for authentication. Since NOXV does not use tracking or advertising cookies, there are no additional cookie preferences to manage.
